All our products are made of the highest quality gold according to international standards. Each piece is inspected to guarantee you that it is free from defects.

We sell on a per product basis, and we don’t divulge any information regarding the weight of every jewelry piece. 

Pricing

The prices reflected on this website represent the full retail price, inclusive of tax and other applicable charges, subject to change without prior notice. While great care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of all website prices and images, we reserve the right to correct errors and adjust prices to account for circumstances beyond our control. In case of any price discrepancies, we will contact you for confirmation to proceed order at the amended price.

Order and Acceptance

Before placing an order, you must first be registered on our website. To order, you must follow the instructions carefully and review the details of your prospective order before submission. After which, you will receive an email from us acknowledging receipt and acceptance of your order. The contract between us will only be formed when we send you the confirmation email. You may no longer change or modify your order once a confirmation email is sent to you.

The contract will only be limited to those orders we have confirmed in the acknowledgment email.

Delivery and Shipping

Once your order has been processed, you will be provided with an order tracking number, which will be indicated in the confirmation or acknowledgment email that will be sent to you.Once your payment has been acknowledged, the item will automatically be shipped the next business day. You may check your order status with the order tracking number provided to you. Your orders will be prepared for shipping once it has been processed.

We only operate in the Philippines; delivery addresses outside of the country will not be processed.

Orders are sealed and delivered within 10 days from placement of order, except in case of force majeure and fortuitous events.

As we engage third party couriers to handle and ship our items, damage due to handling is out of our control. We will do our best to forward any issues/concerns to our partners for their resolution.

We encourage you to take an unboxing video upon receiving your order as a provided evidence to support any damage/issues claim.

Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy

Requests for refund, return, and exchange are on a case to case basis. We will first look into your situation before taking the request.

Indemnity

Without prejudice to our other rights under these terms and conditions, a breach in any way of these terms and conditions shall allow us to take such action as we deem appropriate, including but not limited to, suspending your access to the website, prohibiting you from accessing the website, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing the website, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to the website and/or bringing court proceedings against you.
