How do I pay?
Credit Cards and Paypal funds:
We accept real-time online credit card payments via our payments processor Paypal.
Bank Deposit Payments:
We accept payments via bank deposit or online transfer. To give you time to finalize your payment, we will only reserve the jewelry for you for 48 hours. You may deposit or transfer your to:

Once the payment has been deposited or transferred, take a clear photo of the deposit slip or a screenshot of your transaction. Send it to us with your order number so we can start processing your order. Lead time will start only after we confirm your payment.
Your reservation will be cancelled if you cannot pay within 48 hours, giving fair chance to other clients who would love to confidently wear our gorgeous pieces.
GCash:
We also accept payments via Gcash. To give you time to finalize your payment, we will only reserve the jewelry for you for 48 hours. You may make payment via Gcash to:

Once payment via Gcash has been made, take a clear photo or a screenshot of your transaction. Send it to us together with the GCash transaction number and your order number so we can start processing your order. Lead time will start only after we confirm your payment.

I already sent a photo as proof of payment. Why hasn’t my order status updated yet?
Please give us 1-3 business days to counter-check if your payment has been successfully transferred. An acknowledgement email will be sent to you to confirm that we have received your payment.
Do you accept credit card payments?

Do you do cash on delivery (COD)?
For security purposes, we do not. Sorry!
Track My Order
How can I check the status of my order?
Once we confirm your order, the order status will automatically be reflected on your Accounts page; updated once the item(s) is/are released, and once the item(s) is/are shipped.
An email and a text message will be sent to you regarding your tracking number and estimated date of arrival. Using the tracking number, you can check on the delivery progress on our website.
A product I had in my Cart is now unavailable. Why?
We hope that this would not happen :( We work on a first-come, first-served basis as our jewelry items are limited and on demand. Aforementioned on the Shop & Pay segment, we can only give you up to 48 hours to finalize your payment before we make your item available again.
Shipping
What’s your courier?
Do you ship orders outside the Philippines?
As of the moment, we only ship orders within the Philippines.
How long does shipment take?
Our official courier handles all our shipment processes. Generally, delivery time is 3-5 working days, but during peak or typhoon season, it may take up to one business week.
I’ve waited too long. Where’s my order?
Our apologies for the delay. Please send us an email with your order number at support@sophiajewellery.com and we get back with you as we can.
What are my shipping address options?
Your doorstep. We may ship it straight to your home.
Your office. If no one is available to receive the parcel at your house, we may send it to your office address.
Any Sophia Jewellery Branch. Just locate the nearest Sophia Jewellery branch and we will ship your order there for easy pick-up. The item is from Zamboanga City, so shipping fee is still required.

Can somebody claim my order in my behalf?
Sure! For verification purposes, just shoot us an email or send us a message of the authorization letter and the name of the person claiming.
Return & Exchange
What is your return/exchange policy?
Request for Return
We’re sorry if our jewelry pieces did not meet your expectations. Tell us (1) what went wrong, (2) why are you returning the item, (3) your order number, and (4) a clear photo of the item(s) at support@sophiajewellery.com and we’ll get back to you ASAP.
Requests for returns and exchange are on a case to case basis. We will first look into your situation before taking the request.
Request for an Exchange
We do not accept exchanges not unless the item arrived damaged or if the item is different from your order. Please email support@sophiajewellery.com immediately with an attached photo of the damaged product and the original receipt, as we only accept two (2) days from the delivery date.
How long is the warranty period?
5 to 10 years for manufacturer’s defect. Wear and tear, neglect and abuse not covered.
I received a defective product. Help?
Accidents during shipment do happen, but don’t worry! Just send us an email at support@sophiajewellery.com and we’ll see what we can do!
I received the wrong item. What do I do?
Uh oh, we may have overlooked the shipping. We’re really sorry! Just send us an email at support@sophiajewellery.com and we’ll sort this out in no time.
About Your Jewelry
Real gold or gold-plated?
All our items are genuine and authentic gold! We don’t sell gold-plated fashion accessories.
Details (karat, size, length, gold color, etc.) of our jewelry can be found in the description beside the jewelry image.
There may be items in our Online store that cannot be found in our physical store and vice versa.
Is it pawnable?
All our fine jewelry is crafted and made of gold. It is of value and is pawnable. Pawn value is guaranteed at 50% if pawned at our partner pawnshop, Sun Gate Pawnshop, Inc. with the following conditions: item is in good condition and presented with the Guarantee Card.
